Dear customer:
Kyokuhaku will not ask you for relevant financial account or credit card related information through text messages or phone calls in any name or for any reason, nor will it require you to go to a bank or operate an ATM through the aforementioned methods.
When you receive unknown calls such as "+", "+2", on the caller ID, please be alert and beware of the caller changing the phone number or pretending to be a specific company, bank, or judicial authority.
Please do not click on unknown links, LINE friend invitations or text messages that you do not know.
Common fraud techniques such as "duplicate orders" and "mistakenly setting up installment payments" are used to gain consumers' trust and then require online banking or ATM operations. If it is related to bank accounts, please call the bank directly. If the call requires you to operate relevant accounts, provide information, etc., please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please also change your password regularly, strengthen your password (use a mix of uppercase and lowercase English and numbers), and do not enter your account password on a public computer to improve information security.
Kyokuhaku wishes you all the best
