Return and Exchange Policy
1.Product Inspection Period
Except for perishable items, items with a short shelf life approaching the return/cancellation deadline, customized goods, current newspapers, magazines, opened audiovisual materials or software, gaming point cards, other point cards, and personal hygiene items that have been opened (according to the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Rights Cancellation"), a 7-day inspection period applies to the products from the moment they are received by you (including weekends).
Should you require a return, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide details such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Number," "Name of the Item for Return," "Reason for Return with Photos," etc. Once received, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange.

a.Returned items must be unused and free from any damages or malfunctions caused by human error. The 7-day inspection period provided by the Consumer Protection Act is for considering and confirming if the product meets your needs, not for trial use. Please retain the complete original packaging (including outer cardboard boxes) as advised by our store, otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
b.Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Exceeding the 7-day product inspection period.
- Products have been used, opened, or damaged due to human factors such as stains, malfunctions, damages, scratches, soiling, etc.
- Incomplete or damaged packaging of the returned product, missing invoices, or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
Contact Customer Service → Confirm Return Eligibility → Prepare Complete Product and Invoice → Provide Pickup Time and Contact Information/Address → The store will arrange logistics for return.
a.For Credit Card Payments: Upon successful return confirmation, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account.
b.For Cash on Delivery: Upon successful return confirmation, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by you.

If both parties agree to proceed with an exchange, please initiate the return process for the original order and place a new order with the store. The company will only charge or refund the difference in amount and send you an invoice; otherwise, no further action is required if there is no difference.
